RetroRaunch is quite simply unlike any site I have ever seen. Cecilia and I sat down to peruse it together, and HOURS later found ourselves glued to the couch, laptop in lap, completely enthralled with it.

This must undoubtedly be our hardest (and easiest) review, yet.

In my review, I will completely ignore certain microcosmic details like navigation or image quality. Such details, I feel, would take away from the true inspiration I feel about RetroRaunch. Like Cecilia, it drives me to poetry.

But I also know that Cecilia’s post will have all the technical details anyway. She’s precise like that.

Imagine yourself in a comfortable, copious, multichambered time capsule, one in which you could meander from the compartment to compartment viewing relics of all types from all eras.

Now imagine that it’s all porn.

Ancient, “lost vault” kinda stuff juxtaposed elegantly with the stuff you remember “finding” when you were a kid in your dad’s closet.

It’s all here. It’s all real. It’s all utterly fascinating.

Who the hell knows where they FIND this stuff? It’s a veritable treasure-trove of pornographic history, with enough structure to its layout to keep your interest from the pre-1920’s all the way through the 70’s.

This is pre-sexual revolution stuff, and it’s meticulously laid out (pardon the pun) like a guided tour through the taboo, unspoken realms of visually-depicted sexual history.

This is not the kind of ‘porn site’ that you or your mate might be used to (or tired of)… this is a museum, and at every turn I guarantee you will begin thinking that THIS is IT.

Years from now after you’ve grown tired of beating off to porn or your pecker’s stopped working, this site will still turn you on. This is mental masturbation at its best.

BTW, Retro Raunch actually has hardcore movies, which is what did it for me.

On couples-friendliness, Cecilia and I both remarked that Retro Raunch is the most couples-friendly site we’ve reviewed so far.

That’s it. I could go on and on, but nothing at all I could say would explain RetroRaunch effectively enough to keep writing. You must see it for yourself.

Real vintage porn pics at Retro Raunch

From the folks who brought you Martha’s Girls (which we reviewed here) comes Retro Raunch, the premiere site for vintage porn.

While I enjoyed the concept and photography in Martha’s Girls, it really didn’t do much for me sexually. So when we went to review Retro Raunch, I wasn’t holding my expectations too high.

Three or so hours after entering Retro Raunch, I realized I had to stop or I’d be on all night.

This site is addictive. While Martha’s Girls is an homage to vintage nude photography, Retro Raunch is the real deal. Real vintage porn, spanning the course of a century. It’s incredible.

There are threesomes from the early 1900s. Pin-ups from the 1950s. There are hairy ladies from the 1920s. You’ll even find celebrity vintage nudes like Betty Page and Jane Russell. John Holmes himself makes an appearance.

And they have movies. OMG.

Let me get the technical stuff out of the way before I cream myself.

Retro Raunch is divided into 5 main picture categories:

- celebrities and pin-ups
- babes and big tits by the decades (pre-1920 through 1979)
- hardcore sets (also from pre-1920 through 1979)
- fetish photos, including foot fetish, legs/heels/hose, bondage, and the new catfight section added just this month - meow!
- specialty novelties, with a range of erotic items ranging from magazine ads to Asian hardcore pics

Retro Raunch has thousands of vintage porn photos in their many hundreds of photo galleries. It would take a long time to get through all these pics.

I was totally blown away by their movie section. These are real vintage porn movies, fully downloadable and offered in no-nonsense Quicktime format. As of this review, there are 23 full-length vintage movies, almost all hardcore fucking films mixed in with a couple of burlesque/solo movies. Wow.

Along with all of this content, you get a funny photo caption section, with 6 years worth of member-submitted photo captions to blooper pics.

Retro Raunch also has a vintage e-card area where you can send an e-card from a large selection of pics. Unfortunately, as we experienced with Martha’s Girls, we couldn’t get it to work, even after trying a few setting tweaks as well as different browsers. Bummer.

Alain and I sifted through some of the pics and videos together, and we were completely mesmerized. What struck us is that people have been doing wild and nasty stuff in the bedroom since time immemorial.

When you see hardcore group sex from the ’20s, shaved pussies in the ’50s, and facials in the ’70s, it really gives you pause. There are even magazine ads from mid-century herbal penis enhancements and vibrators.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

As we surfed the site, we were feeling all kinds of things. “Damn, that’s erotic.” “Wow, look at what they’re doing!” “WTF is that?” “They had vibrators back then??” “Wow, that got me horny.” Retro Raunch is, in my opinion, beautifully accessible to every type of porn viewer, from the shy beginner to the porn connoisseur.

At one point, it hit us that Retro Raunch is probably the most couples-friendly adult site we’ve reviewed.

It’s wildly entertaining, thought-provoking, unbelievable addictive. Retro Raunch has plenty of hardcore fucking, along with vintage photos that really appreciate the beauty of the female form. There are fun sections to keep you busy, but you’ll get great vintage hardcore movies for a really unique touch.

Oh yeah, and Retro Raunch actually updates regularly.

BTW, their free tour is a bit wordy. Don’t let that turn you off. The members’ area is really straight-forward, content-rich, and easy to navigate.

I could honestly yap all night about Retro Raunch. I’m totally hooked, and it’s one of the few adult sites that I would recommend to my friends and that I’d be willing to pay for.
