In addition to knowing how to take exceptionally good softcore photography of stunning girls, the good folks over at FTVgirls really know how to put together a solo-girl site. Alisonangel.com, their latest effort at putting the spotlight firmly on one of their numerous hotties is a study in devotion, fanaticism, and beauty.

While I’ll let pictures of Alison speak for themselves (she’s hot), I have to say I really like the site’s design, usability, and value (if one finds themselves hopelessly addicted to a VERY pretty girl that would make any red-blooded male stop whatever he’s doing). If solo-girl’s your thing, then Alison’s site is sure to please. It’s not just that the photography shot all over the world (from college campuses to exotic beach locations) captures the unique beauty of this girl nicely, but that she’s periodically joined by some of her girlfriends in softcore, girl-girl shoots. Just because Alisonangel.com is a ’solo girl’ site doesn’t mean you don’t get your side-order of other gorgeous women as well.

Playboy’s got nothing on these guys… they know how to capture the essence of a woman and bring her through the lens and into your imagination. The coverage, which ranges from simple, candid shots to full-on makeup in evening gown, distill the visual experience of this girl into a most pleasant, all-inclusive feast.

Features include a member’s forum, where you can chitchat idly with other members and Alison herself makes regular appearances. This added personal touch makes for a place you can feel at home with other obsessed fans. Each photoset comes with a video, so you can get your still-action and motion-action fix for each set. Videos are offered in WMV format. The supersized pic section features a ‘best of’ collection of massive-resolution shots (up to 2000 x 3000 pixels) to make you LCD-projector and multi-monitor fans drool. You can vote on special Alison-flavored topics and find yourself endlessly amused by the ‘random pics’ section.

If you pick one fantasy girl to ogle and devote yourselves to, Alison’s a sure winner.

Alison Angel is an FTV Girl who has enough of a following to have her own solo site. She’s a busty blonde with a very young, girl-next-door look.

As far as solo sites go, FTV really did a great job. Usually these solo girl sites are pretty skimpy in terms of content, but AlisonAngel.com has plenty of substance.

The site is divided into 5 main categories:

• Home page – lists all of Alison’s solo photosets and videos. These are divided into individual “magazines” or galleries. Each magazine tells a little story about the shoot, and most of the series have both video and photo content. As of this review, she had over 90 solo magazines/galleries, not counting the girl/girl sets.
• About me & Contact me – you can read all about Alison’s personal tastes and contact her here. She actually seems to respond to the emails, and even receives gifts from her fans. Alison describes herself as a “No tattoo, non-smoker, very anti-drug” girl who likes puppies, mermaids, fairies, and sunshine.
• Journal – Alison keeps an ongoing journal of her life and work. The archive goes back to September of 2004, so there’s actually lots to read.
• Playground – Random and candid pics and videos in this section. It’s basically a behind-the-scenes/outtakes section. You’ll see everything from Alison licking another girl’s nipples in public, to video of her cat and sleeping mother.
• Girlfriends – Girl/girl photos and video of Alison with other models. Some of the sets are disappointingly short, and the girl/girl content is hardly hardcore. But the quality is decent and the chicks are very cute.

The site is incredibly easy to navigate. They also offer downloadable zip files of each photoset. The videos that accompany the sets are often multi-part, so you actually get a lot of content and a really good idea of how the entire shoot went. I really, really like that they have a whole shitload of screencaps for each video, so you know whether or not it’s worth the download.

Picture and video quality is good overall—some of it is candid, amateur, and behind-the-scenes content that you don’t necessarily expect to be ultra high-quality. The actual staged sets are well-lighted with interesting backgrounds. And the site updates every 3-4 days, so you’re regularly entertained.

But wait, there’s more! You get some bonus sections, too: a message board to chat with Alison and other members; a voting section where you vote on Alison’s outfits; and a “super-sized pics” section, where she posts her favorite original pics – 2000×3000 resolution, un-retouched from the original photo.

My biggest complaint is that the site is lacking hardcore, even in the girl/girl shoots. The girls pretty much just stand next to each other or push their boobs together. Even when there’s fun stuff like inserting bananas, there’s really no sexual chemistry between the girls. At least the girls are cute

Of course, you have to be a pretty big fan of Alison Angel to join the site. One thing to always keep in mind when joining a solo girl site is how much you really want to know about her. You do get to know this girl, especially through the video content. It can be kind of disconcerting to blur the line between “porn model” and “real person.” Just a warning.

I personally don’t get off on solo girl and softcore nudity content, but that doesn’t mean AlisonAngel.com site isn’t good. In fact, if you’re going to go with a solo girl site, I would definitely go with a trusted name like FTV. AlisonAngel.com is well-rounded, easy to navigate, and surprisingly full of content and creativity.
